Migrate Backup Exec 12.5 to a Different Host Name

How do I migrate a Backup Exec 12.5 server from one Windows Server 2003 host to another Windows Server 2003 host that has a different name?  I'm seeing info on moving between versions and/or moving to machines with the same name but if you could explain the process or point me to a PDF/KB article, that would help.  It's the same version of Backup Exec, same OS, same drive - different host name.

Background: I am moving it to another machine because the file/print server currently hosting B.E. is being virtualized and so I can't have the tape library attached to it.
