How do I get touch properties to work on the Lenovo X61?

I've downloaded the software to do this from the Lenovo website but maybe I did it wrong?  I can't figure out how to configure it to make the touch properties work.  The pen properties are fine.  I called Lenovo and after 45 minutes the techie couldn't find it either.  It's buried somewhere.

its very likely if after installing the touch drivers that touch is not working, that you don't have a touch model, there are two xga models one with touch & one without, and there are no obvious physical differences between the two, i'd check what devices are available under Human Interface Devices in Device Manager.

Thanks.  I investigated further on this and found out I don't have the touch Lenovo.
