I'm in the process of creating a failover script for an Exchange 2007 SCC cluster.  Below is the script and it seems to work.  However, I wanted some other eyes to take a look at it and provide any input.
Move-ClusteredMailboxServer CMS -MoveComment Failover to Node A. -TargetMachine NodeA -Confirm:$False

Cluster Group "Available Storage" /move:NodeA

Cluster Group "Cluster Group" /move:NodeA
