Microsoft Exchange Webmail message field not appearing

Hi
I've been able to log onto webmail, but when I try to reply to a message, the message field has a red cross; how can I resolve this?

Hi, This is a known issue. Install the hotfix mentioned in the KB article (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/911829) on your Exchange Server.
