Spreadsheets in Frontpage 2003

Can I password protect one page or just a spreadsheet on a page?  Can I protect certain cells a spreadsheet and stop users from changing column widths and the like

To answer your question & stick with the FrontPage category - no.  As you know, you can create subsites that you can password protect.
If you are looking to put a spreadsheet on the web for something, you might look at BadBlue or search for adding spreadsheets to the web or adding excel pages to the Internet.  Excel is a spreadsheet and should not be confused with an HTML document.
