VMWare problems

I have three Dell Poweredge 2650 servers running Windows 2000 server. I purchased a new server and was creating virtual machines from the old one to run in the new one. The machines were created successfully, but they only run for about five minutes then shut down. I cant keep them running. Also, when I created the machines, the new servers date was off and sometimes it wont log in the vm because it says the time is not synched. I selected it to sync with host, but I am still having problems. Any suggestions guys? I am running out of time.

One more note..I created two more virtual machines from two Server 03 R2 computers and they run flawless. Is there some compatiability issue with 2000 server?

Ok. I resolved that issue. I have three servers that are identical...all Dell Poweredge 2650. One works fine , the other two prompt for pci memory controller drivers, but I cant find them Five minutes later they shut down. Any ideas?

Well event viewer showed that the machines thought they were low on battery, so they were powering themselves down. How about that? Thanks guys.
