Websites jumps half way down page on load

Not a clue what's going on here, have never ran into this problem before, when the website is loaded, the browser jumps half way down the page? :S This happens in both IE and Firefox.

Any help would be great, really stuck on this one guys!

Looks like it is because the field under the 'Get Started Now By Finding A Domain' is being set to focus, looks like this is causing the problem:
