How do I synchronize two os x servers?

I have two Xserves that I would like to synchronize.  I figured out how to do LDAP but I want the webservice and DNS server and anything else that is possible to synchronize so there is a failover point.

Meaning they cannot be a generation apart?  I have an Xserve 2006 and a 2008.  Will this be a problem?
yes that is correct.  You cannot mix x86 and ppc architectures.

I do not have a ppc xserve.  I have two different x86 ones.
Then the article I posted for you should work.

This is quite interesting and I recommend this for all of those looking to do backup with their servers.
