Export a list of access to folders shares for a specific user.

I would like to be able to export a list of access to folders shares for a specific user to a file for review. Does anyone know how I can achieve this?

Here's a PowerShell example that shows you how to specify a parent share and traverse down through all folders:  http://www.microsoft.com/technet/scriptcenter/csc/tips/ps/acl.mspx.  The output displays the entire ACL for the folder.

are you talking about the similar information provided by Computer Management | System Tools | Shared Folders?

Tools like Access Enum & Share Enum can prove very helpful here.

the only drawback of the two utilities above seems to be NO command line support, though you can press the Export/Save button to get a list.

be aware that Share Enum does not list system shares such as C$ and IPC$, although hidden shares can be revealed.

hope it helps,
