Making ButtonEdit in Quantum Grid always visible

I am using a ButtonEdit control in a DevExpress Quantum grid to allow the user to open an expanded editing window (form) for editing data associated with the grid row.  The problem is that the button of the ButtonEdit control does not appear until the user clicks on the cell - which is not necessarily intuitive for the first-time user.

I would like to make this button always visible and available for the user's mouse click OR find a similar control that can be placed in the grid to launch the editing form.
