Network Printer Installation

I have to add a Shart AR-M237 to our office network, however, I am having issues getting computers to print to this printer.  I know it works because there was already 1 computer on the network that was able to print directly to the IP address of the printer.  The IP is  There is a print server attached to the parrel port on this device.  I can not remember the name of the print server brand.  It started with an S and was model 3100.  Anyways, what would be the best way to get the computers to print to this.  I would like to print to the IP, but I can't seem to get it to.  I know for the HP printers I am able to use the HP Network Installation Wizard to configure printing.  Does Sharp have something similiar to this?

Well for starters, try opening the IP in a browser.  You'll get a config page where you can check all the settings on the print server.
Are you having trouble installing the print driver or actually printing?

actually printing.
i totally forgot to access it via the ip address.
i was trying to add it via add printer as a network printer and input the ip, then the pcl 5e and also pcl drivers, but neither worked.
You should be able to add the printer... just select a local printer (turn off the autodetect feature)... when it gets to the Port section, select "Create new port"... a TCP/IP Port and enter the IP address of the printer. If you set the printer IP to be static, you should be good to go.
