Flash combo box items disappear

I have a SlideShow Pro player on this page but this is a problem unrelated to SSP. I also have a combo box that is filled with items from the id's in the images.xml The layer for the combo is at the very top under Actions. Under that I have a FAQ button that, when clicked we go to frame 10 showing a help menu. Clicking the "x" (close) image in the help menu shoots back to frame 1. This is where the problem begins. As soon as we go back to frame 1, the combo box loses all items. The demo site is here: http://semanasantaphotos.com/gallery.html

Frame 1 carries most all Actionscript but the button scripts are on the buttons themselves.

I am not well versed in AS. The code is pieced in.
//FRAME ONE:
//Fill combo box with xml albums
var albums = new Array();
var dataListener:Object = new Object();
dataListener.onGalleryData = function(eventObject):Void {
   for (i=0;i<eventObject.data.length;i++) {
      albums.addItem({label: eventObject.data[i][0].title, data: eventObject.data[i][0].id});
   }
}
my_ssp.addEventListener("onGalleryData", dataListener);
nav_cb.dataProvider = albums;

var changeListener:Object = new Object();
changeListener.change = function(eventObject){
   my_ssp.loadAlbum(eventObject.target.selectedItem.data);
}
nav_cb.addEventListener("change", changeListener);

CLOSE BUTTON SCRIPT

	gotoAndPlay(1);
}

The answer was that I went back to frame 2 instead. That seemed to work.
