Can I set up a meeting/appointment in Thunderbird/Pegasus like we can do in Outlook? If so, how to set up a meeting?

    Not exactly no - there is some basic ical support available for thunderbird, none in pegasus, but neither have access to the exchange calendering system in the manner outlook does.
