SBS 2003 Standard Migration to SBS 2008 Premium

Hi there!

We have a small network having a SBS 2003 Standard server and a Windows 2003 Terminal Server (our users connect to terminal server to use Outlook and our Access database) . We wish to upgrade SBS 2003 to SBS 2008 premium edition. We prefer premium edition because we want to have SQL Server as well for our new .net application.

My question is, if we buy a new box with SBS 2008 installed on it, can we easily migrate all the data from old SBS 2003 box?  If yes, what are the steps of migration.
