Server 2008 boot manager change to another disk

In PC are 2 disk's.
OS Windows server 2008 are on disk 2, but boot manager are installed on wrong disk (disk 1), and without disk 1 error message are: "bootmgr is missing".
Question are: how to transfer boot manager to disk where are OS installed ?

Disconnect disk 1, then use the steps described here to restore your bootmanager to disk 2:

When entering to repair options of Windows Server, I get the following error:

"This version of System Recovery Options is not compatible with th version of Windows you are trying to repair. Try using a recovery disc that is compatible with this version of Windows."

The problem is that the disc used for repair is the same disc that was used for installation. After this error I have no other options (no command prompt or anything.)
