Hello Experts,

I have installed CS4 on one of the windows XP PC. However no keyboards short cuts are working. None of the default ones like close (CNTRL + C) etc are working.

I have to manually create these from the options. Please can someone advise how to restore all default short cuts.

Try reset all settings to default.
Hold CTRL+ALT+SHIFT before and WHILE starting Photoshop until you get a question about resetting your settings.

Try renaming the following folder to e.g. Adobe_bak:

    C:\Documents and Settings\YourName\Application Data\Adobe
