Web Page Filtering

Is there a proxy server available that will aloow me to filter web pages based on either IP/Username or even MAC address

a lot of proxy/firewall products can do that. for windows applications, Microsoft ISA Server 2006 is strongly recommended.

Depending on your budget, there are two hardware appliances that work well....

Ironport
http://www.ironport.com/

Websense
http://www.websense.com/content/home.aspx

I know you can filter via IP on Websense, and via AD groups in Ironport.

You could try cyblock proxy, easy to configure and could install an XP based machine. You could download the trial  from their website. I tried it and worked well for me and could block about 500 million websites in different categories and you will get periodic updates and it is subscription based.
