Can I limit bandwidth speed with Apache?

I want to limit the speed at which .mov files can be downloaded to 20 kbps. I want other files to be available at full speed, but I want to slow down the rate which .mov files are downloaded.

Any ideas how to do this?

    Hi! hankknight
There is an apache module named mod_throttle which can cap how many kilobytes (or whichever measure chosen) per second that your webserver sends. will provide you with download and installation instructions.

Edit: P.S. This is for apache 1.3.x only, sorry if you're on 2.0.x :-)
