Business contact manager and Accounting on a hosted exchange server

Hi,

Currently I am using BCM and Accounting on a local network server.
Due to expanding the business we should move our exchange server / sql server to a data warehouse on a 100Mb connection.

Is it still possible to connect from our local office (ADSL 4Mb download and just 378Kb/s upload) to the server and work smoothly?

Will BCM and Accounting cache there info like exchange does or will it be click and wait and so on?
Any articles about this?

You can incorporate a bandwidth limiter to try it out yourself.
