changing password on netscape account

this is probably the dumbest question on the site but I have a dilemma.  I signed into my email account which became and every time I type the into a password changing textbox to change my password the message tells me that my account does not exist, I also tried and, to no vail.

if anyone knows how to change password on existing account, please let me know.

    Hello systems_ax,

    Follow the directsions for changing AOL password
        * Select the  menu from the AOL toolbar.
        * Click
        * Click
        * Enter your current AOL password
        * Enter your new AOL password
        * Enter your new AOL password again
        * Click
