I have a subform  displayed as a  datasheet. when I move the  current record selector via a bookmark the newly selected row appears at the bottom of the viewable datasheet.  Is there any way to move this to the top of the datasheet?

Thanks

An idea but records will be un editable

Table A_A1 (ID, EndDate)

Record Source:
SELECT TOP 1 A_A1.ID, A_A1.EndDate FROM A_A1 ORDER BY A_A1.ID DESC  UNION ALL Select A_A1.ID,A_A1.EndDate FROM A_A1 where A_A1.ID < (Select Max(ID) From A_A1);

Another Idea:(Modify as required) - Two sub forms, top1 displays last record, bottom one displays rest.

Table: A_A1 (ID, EndDate)
Form: A_A1_Form0
SubForm: A_A1_Form1
 Record  Source:
SELECT TOP 1 A_A1.ID, A_A1.EndDate FROM A_A1 ORDER BY A_A1.ID DESC;
After Update:
Private Sub Form_AfterUpdate()
 Me.Requery
 Forms!A_A1_Form0!A_A1_Form2.Requery
End Sub

SubForm: A_A1_Forme
Record Source:
SELECT A_A1.ID, A_A1.EndDate FROM A_A1 WHERE A_A1.ID < (Select Max(ID) From A_A1);
After Update:
Private Sub Form_AfterUpdate()
 Me.Requery
 Forms!A_A1_Form0!A_A1_Form1.Requery
End Sub
