We are using SOHO 6 as firewall and  Netopia DSL router , and every few min we loose internet connection. So I contact the hosting provider and they wrote us this:

"We have checked your Netopia DSL router and it is showing no signs of internet loss other than the 3 powercycles performed on it."

So what else can I check. we have windows 2003 server with 2 work station.

Try hooking a machine up to the DSL modem directly, or try a different switch/ router.
Another option is to test a different cat5 cable between the modem and router.

Try using different ports on the existing router, or try using a different on all together.
