Easy PDF editing (e.g. rotate PDF page) - any recommendations

I'm trying to find a simple application that will allow me to do basic editing andn particular single page rotation of PDF files.
A particular thing I like to do is rotate one page while I see it within a multipage document.

Foxit reader - great - however can't trial the edit version Have to buy before trying (at least I could not find a download for anything but the reader)
Nitro - could not get it to do simple rotation of pages

PDF tools (FREE) have to know which pages you want to rotate. You can't simply open a document, rotate visually a few pages and then save the changes.

Adobe - Too much money for what I want.

Any recommendations?

What's your problem with Nitro? It should be able to do it. Which version do you have?

Actually it was an old version. Maybe I'll try it again with teh latest. I was a bit frustated when I wrote this posting actually. My PC was giving me a hard time with nothing working properly.

But I do still need to find something that works well.
In the latest version of Nitro, you need to select "Pages" in the "Show/Hide" toolbar, then you select which page you want to rotate, and right-click, select "Rotate" and select to rotate just the current page. You can also select the "Insert and Edit" ribbon and then select "Rotate" from the "Pages" toolbar.
I've also been using Doro PDF to print PDF's but if I bouhgt Nitro Pro do you like the print to PDF feature? (assuming it has it).
If all you need is creating a PDF, just go with PrimoPDF (from the same company as Nitro) at http://www.primopdf.com
With PrimoPDF, you also have the extensions in your MS Office programs that allow you to create PDFs right out of Word or Excel.
OK got rotation working. Seems OK do you know how I could block out a bit of graphics on PDF's

So lets say I wanted to censor an existing PDF and I just wanted to delete a block of information / pictures.

How can I just draw a bit white square onto the PDF?

So it seems my current method of using PDFfill to draw over the bits I don't want, printing and then rescanning, although long winded is the only way without getting the full Adobe?

Well it seems my orignal requst just cannot be done from what you say without using Acrobat Pro. Very suprised there is not an easy way of acheiving what I was trying but it seems not. Thanks for the information.
