It sounds like the clients are looking at DC01 for DNS. Ensure you have DNS on one of the remaining DCs, and configure the clients to look at this server for DNS, either on the machines or on your DHCP server, then reboot the clients.<br />
A loss of any of the FSMO wouldn't immediately lock all users out so it sounds like DNS.<br />
If you are removing the server permanently, make sure you demote it first by running DCPROMO on it. Don't just disconnect it.<br />

Since you have more than two DCs, you may want to configure with your DHCP to lease the TCP/IP configuration to two or more alternates DNS.

I transferred FSMO roles from DC01 to DC03 and DC04. &nbsp;RID, PDC, Schema, Domain Naming roles were transferred to DC03 and Infrastructure role were transferred to DC04 &nbsp;<br />

My issue: When I shutdown DC01 (its seem to be still acting as the master, because) users are unable to login to the domain and sharepoint. &nbsp;Stating no domain controller is available.<br />
