Shut down the virtual machine on the existing host.
DO NOT SAVE!!! Shut it completely down!
GO and find the virtual hard drive (.vhd), "Make A Copy Of It!!!"
Instal Virtual PC 2007 on the other machine.
Copy the copied virtual hard drive to the other machine,
build a new machine, when you get to the option of selecting a hard drive, choose the option for an existing hard drive and point to the location you copied it to.
Continue with the installation just like you were building a new machine.
