EBS 2008 w/ Hyper V?

So i've been reading into this a bit, and i don't see anywhere that gives me a full answer...

I have a client that wants to use EBS 2008, but he also wants to virtualize a 2003 server on the EBS server.

Does EBS 2008 have a full blown hyper V? Or can it only virtualize the 3 servers (Management, Security, and Messaging)?

Maybe this is just a dumb question, but I have to be 100% certain. Thanks!

grrrreat...so it doesn't even virtualize the 3 servers (messaging, security, and management)?
Correct these are just services that run on the server but Hyper-v is real nice if you go that way.
thanks for your help Darius, all of windows website's really don't clarify this.

We have virtualized EBS using hyper V.  In our implementation, we run two servers with Windows server 2008 enterprise, and create up to four hyper- V VM's  so we ahve 8 VM,s 3  EBS, and 5 other windows 2008/2003 servers (we run Bberry enterprise on one) .  Also, EBS  is not SBS, it is different

Gotchas...
1.  Use the Virtual License key that comes with the software to install EBS.  the non Vm key will not install EBS correctly.

2.  After doing 2 production systems, I would make sure you have large partitions for the MSG and the MGMT server.  In our case, our mgmt server is 2 * 250GB  and the msg server is 3 drives, with  system, data and log (our msg data size is 250 GB)

The Hyper-V runs great.
What we have done is to purchase a copy of win server 2008 enterprise (we happen to have 6 of them), so for our EBS server we virtualized the mgmt and sec on one server and the msg on another server.
Typically win enterprise can handle up to 4 hyper-v wit no license changes, or 3 if you use the host for something (such as a file share).  Once you have this in place, you can, it is easy to add additional servers. In our case, we add one for our host monitoring software, our hosted backup software and blackberry enterprise server.

Our hardware platform is an Intel modular server (www.intelmodularserver.com)
