I have 10 pcs on the network.

I moved a share on server one last night and now I have one user that uses 3 printers on server1 but after about 20minutes after rebooting they stop working. they say unable to connect. everyone else can print to them just fine. I restarted the print spooler on her machine with no luck.

    Accepted Solution

delete the printers and re-add them on the user's workstation?

On their workstation, you can also try removing them from:
Start > Printers and Faxes > File > Server Properties > Drivers tab > clicck the printers and choose remove.

I would make sure that the IP address that you are have given to the printer is the same as the one that the printer has assigned on the user's machine.
