The only version of Outlook that supports web distribution is Outlook 2007. If you are using Outlook 2003 then you must use Public Folder distribution, either instead of or as well as Web Distribution. <br />

When we installed a new offline address book to replace our old one, it said that unless you were using microsoft outlook sp2 or earlier, you do not need to checkmark the public folder distribution.
