Disable checkbox for "Leave Copy of Messages on the server" for Outlook

Is there a way to clear the checkbox, and then disable the checkbox, for "Leave copy of messages on the server" in Outlook 2003/2007?  I want to force this out through GPO, or some other type of script or automated process.  We have users who have this box checked and I want to clear it, then disable future use.

Clearing it is the biggest thing, disabling for future would be nice.  I checked the ADM files and didn't see anything in there for that, but might have missed it.

This is actually no longer needed, and I don't know if it's possible anyway.
