Exchange 2003 OWA - Only getting blue line and "Internet Explorer Cannot Display Webpage" after long timeout
I keep getting this same error after what appear to be some failed updates over the past week. I uninstalled all of them and I recreated the OWA IIS folders and IUSR/IWAM accounts. I am running out of ideas and patience. Anyone to lend any assistance?

I can connect to it from the server, but OWA is not accessible from anywhere else including the LAN via IP. In addition, I come to discover that Outlook clients can only connect intermittently.
Hi,
Please check any AV / Firewall that may be in place. You got to focus on resolving OWA access internally first. Are you able to telnet to port 80/443 on the server from locally
Let me know
Thanks

Hi
Can you connect via local server IP address?? so use i.e 192.168..../exchange instead of the domain name for internal use i.e testdomain.local or testdomain.com.au etc....
Check your DNS setting make sure the DNS setting is pointing to the local server, and add the DNS entry for Outlook Web Access if not already there.
-------------------------- ---------- ---------- ---------- ---------- ---------- ---------- ---------- ---------- ---------- ----------
Also login timeout errors are usually in relation to SSL...
Also if you can view the interface for OWA but get a timeout error when you try to login...... then try creating or re-creating your SSL Certificate......
Hope this helps...
Cheers

Not connecting even with using the ip instead of the name
I will try telnet but since I get a login scren I suspect I will get a telnet response as well.
I currently have SSL disable becase it was the first thing I suspected to be the problem
