How can I register THREED32.OCX on XPE?

I have an application that we installed on a HP t5630. The application runs locally with data on a server database. the install complained that THREED32.OCX, GRAPH32.OCX and one other OCX could not be registered. I found them in the System32 directory but cannot run regsvr32 on them. It fails.

How can I register them and where should they be placed if system32 is forbidden?

Albeit, I dont work with XPE...... The basics are still the same.

You can put them into a folder call c:\myapp, and then make sure that you add that folder to the System's PATH in the Control Panel>System>Advanced>Environment Variables

Or, if you already have a folder existing with this APP, then simply place them in there with the executable. Thats the first place it looks anyway, before traversing the path looking for files....

I moved them to the application folder and tried to run RegSvr32 but I got the same error.
Are you running with Admin Priveleges?
Yes, I am running as administrator and have disabled the EWF. I read somewhere on the web that files not with Windows XP Embedded need to be added to the "Extra Files" section. I am unable to find that or a reference to it.
