SVCHost Virus alert

Hi,
Yesterday we were hit by the conficker virus. It was dectected and appears to have been removed using mcafee. We still have an issue with a virus alert related to the svchost.exe that i'm struggling to get rid off. Its blocked most sites that the fixes appear on, including microsoft so i can't update the infected machines. I have my hijackthis log below so any help would be brilliant.
