Outlook Temporary Contact List History

Hi -

I have a small but fairly annoying issue - with Outlook 2003.
When sending mail, Outlook adds that mail address to a temp list of users that mail has been sent to and when resending allows - almost an "Auto - Complete" function when the first few letters of a mail address have been typed.

This is no longer the case - as it seems as though this "memory" has been cleared just like clearing Internet Explorers History.

I believe this particular user has connected via an RDP session and accessed her mail - and the problem has occured since.

Would anyone know what might cause the history to clear if not manually performed as well as any possible way of retrieving this data?

Any idea would be great - Thanks!

Email adress's  tempolary / cach is located in file  .NK2.  Can you locate the file?  It should be under  Documents and Settings / %user% / Application Data / Microsoft / Outlook / <profile name>.nk2
