The headers are seen through Outlook. Right click on the message and choose Options. The headers are at the bottom of the Window. <br />

This isn't an Exchange per se, it is standard SMTP diagnostics. <br />

i have exchange 2003<br />
to send from computers to outside it is very fast but to receive emails it takes a while ..<br />

people are sending emails but we cannot get them or we get them very late<br />
