You have to look at the headers of the messages to see where the delay is occurring. Do you receive email directly, or doe sit come through another service or host?

The headers are seen through Outlook. Right click on the message and choose Options. The headers are at the bottom of the Window.

This isn't an Exchange per se, it is standard SMTP diagnostics.
