Build VM image of Fedora 5 with no GUI

New to VMware.. Im also very new to Linux... I would like to image a Linux mail server that has no interface other then command line. I thought i spotted a Boot image for vm  but i cant seem to find it.. it took me 4 days during work just to figure out that vm converter made the images... i have VMware-converter-4.0.0-146302 and VMware-converter-4.0.0-146302.tar.gz

Are you trying to do a physical to virtual conversion of Fedora 5 ?

If you can afford downtime of the physical Server, then i suggest that you do a cold migration of the physical server.
To which destination are you planning to host the VM ?
