how can create ghost image using symantec deploy center without going dos mode

hi ,
        i want to create ghost image , create cloning image of server using symentec ghost image creater  without going to dos mode.

when i try to create ghost image its reboot the system and start in dos mode for creating image but i dont want to do this in dos mode.because my server on remote and i am not able to access when its going to dos mode ,

so please suggest me , how can i create backup ghost images from my server without going to dos mode ...

Hi,

I suggest using Backup Exec System Recovery. You can take a full snap shot through the GUI and without a reboot or (dos mode)

 I already have an License Version of symantac  Ghost 5.7.0 Deploy  center , Can i create ghost Image  using that without going in DOS Mode and without purchasing any other software for ghost.

is that no way to do this without going to buy new one ?..
