After some server problems the other day, a number of my clients are getting an error trying to open or save anything to thier redireccted My Documents folder. The error, (0x800710fe) is a known issue and the resuloution is reinitializing the client side cache following directions in this article http://support.microsoft.com/kb/230738
. The problem is that I create the registry key as directed and nothing happens. I reboot the machine and log in as the user and nothing, no sync, and the registry key which should be deleted is still there. Any ideas as to what I could be missing?
