Is there a way to push out an image from an Exchange server to Outlook clients?

users are running Outlook 2003 and 2007.

Depends on what you mean by image

if you mean emailing a graphic to everyone in the GAL - then yes, of course, however you will be sending *through* exchange and not *from* exchange

if you are talking a file image for some sort of software , then no - you will need to use GPO, SMS, SCCM, or some other system than facilitates the remote installation of software  - exchange does not support that functionality - it's an email server Jim, not a software delivery system

I don't mean installing software, I just mean having my company logo in the email.

So there is no GPO to do that or anything of that nature?

not natively - no

depending on where in the email you would want the logo you are looking at a third-party solution
