I am setting up a wireless network for our lobby. I want to set it up so that before users get to the Internet, they have to agree to a disclaimer for obvious reasons. I am looking for recommendations on the easiest way to do this. I am using Cisco 1242 Access points. My router has an option to direct users to an URL, but that means I have to setup a webserver for just this purpose and I really do not want to do that. Advice is much appreciated.

Wireless networking is anything related to the transfer of data between two (or more) devices without the use of a physical connection, ranging from getting advice on a new Bluetooth headset to configuring sophisticated enterprise level networks.
