    Indication of no power for that power supply.  Ensure the power cable is plugged in and is being supplied power.

    Thanks for your responce. I spoke to my client and I had her shut down the server and move the 2 power cords to different outlets on the UPS. After she powered the server on again, the error in the LDC display was gone and everything looks fine. Thanks again
