Small business 2003 moving to exchange 2007

I have moved my mailboxes from sbs to exchange and now want to move my public folders from sbs but when i right the public folders and choose move all replicas it does not give me the new exchange server as an option.

Are you upgrading to SBS 2008 or just exchange to 2007?

Now im having a problem instructions say to:

   1. Open the Exchange Management Console, select Edge Transport, and click the Send Connectors tab.
   2. Expand Organization Configuration, select Hub Transport and click the Send Connectors tab.
   3. Click New Send Connector. Use the New SMTP Send Connector wizard to configure sending email.
   4. Type Send by DNS in the Name field. Select Custom in the Select the intended use for this connector field. Click Next.
   5. On the Address Space page, click Add to add a new name space. Type * for the Address Space. This is a wildcard character which will allow all domains to be sent email using this connector. Click OK and click Next.
   6. On the Network Settings page, make sure the default option is selected to use DNS and route email automatically. Click Next.
   7. Make sure E2007 is selected as the Hub Transport Server on the Source Server page. Click Next. Click New to create the connector.
   8. Monitor the output of the wizard to ensure that the connector was created correctly. Finally, click Finish.


I dont see anything in the exchange management console about edge transport?
