netdom question on windows xp sp3

I installed the tools I believe, and when I open up cmd i type in netdom and it shows me teh options. I need to make sure this is on this machine as I am using it for a quest migration and it uses this utility. Does this meabn I have it installed?

    Yes, that would typically mean that it is installed.
    To make sure that you're running the local version, save the following as where.cmd in the Windows folder, and enter
    where.cmd netdom.exe
    This should come back with the local installation folder.
