RWD Info pak not running with Athlon X2

We are just implimenting RWD Infopak and we have come across two laptops (one Dell and one HP) that when you try to launch InfoPak all you get is the hour glass then nothing.  The only common piece I can find between the two machines is they are both running the Athlon x2 processor (majority of our PC's run Intel processors).  We do not get any errors and nothing shows up in the system logs either.  Both machines are running XP pro.  If anyone had a fix for this or any other ideas of the cause it would be greatly appreciated.

Uninstall the program if installed already.
Clear out machines temp files in c:\windows\temp and C:\Documents and Settings\"Username"\Local Settings\Temp
Make sure current on all the Service Packs and Updates on the Video drivers, ect..
Then Disconnect from the internet and disable the Antivirus and try installing again.
Make sure you are installing with Administator Access.

Thanks Computer Techie.  I have already uninstalled and reinstalled a few times, clearing out all temp and registry entries for it.  No luck there.  Computer is up to date with updates (pushed out automatically to domain).  I have full admin privilages on the computer (that was my first thought; the user was not an admin).
