Bug Tracking / Source Control for Visual Studio

I'm looking for a bug tracking and source control system that is hopefully free or very cheap and is very easy to use.

Any recommendations?

    SourceGears vault is free for single user and integrates with FogBUGZ.  I  haven't used FogBugz personally but i have used vault before and it was good.

    Thanks for the input, I'll have a look.

    I wonder if anyone is using JIRA with VS? Jooks like a very versatile program and they are pretty much giving away their enterprise version for the next few days for 5 or less users.
