Accessing Outlook Web Access (OWA) from some ie7 machines show there are no items to show in this view even though there is an item count by the inbox. Works fine w/ Firefox so shouldn't be firewall or AV issues.  Already tried to add my Exchange server's ip address to my Trusted Sites.  Any other ideas?

Does it show any of the old items in the inbox? What is similar between the computers displaying this behavior?

Just noticed this happens when on the same network - connecting from an onsite public network to my exchange server.  If I plug the computer in to the office network and access via http://exchangeserver/exchange it works ok.  when I go in from outside and access via http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/exchange is when I have the trouble.

Hmm...

I would try to rebuild the Exchange virtual directory.

I wouldn't think this would be the issue since I can access OWA without problems via Firefox.

It could be if the code isn't being rendered properly.

Additionally, you said you added the site to the trusted sites zone, but also try to lower the security settings for the trusted sites zone all the way after adding it.

I tried lowering the security - that didn't help.  I'll try rebuilding the virtual directory when I get a chance.
