I am currently building some production images for work. As part of our standard image, I disable power management on the NIC so that the NIC will never be shut off to save power. However, when I run Sysprep, it resets this to the default setting of it being checked to enable it to shut off the NIC to save power. Any ideas?<br />

Sysprep re-enables Powermanagement on NIC
