Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro Freezing

I have users getting the following application error message in their Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro:  Faulting application acrobat.exe, version, faulting module acrobat.dll, version, fault address 0x000b3518.  This particular user uses Adobe Acrobat for most of the date constantlly.  It freezes up her computer and she have to go to task manager and kill the Adobe process...then her computer unfreezes.  I have tried unistalling and installing and this contiues.  I have even given her a new computer.  Need Help.

Adobe has the annoying habit to check for updates on startup, I wonder whether your security software may interfere with that.

Can you disable this for a test and see if Acrobat still crashes?
