I currently have VMware 3.5 installed and running. I have created an XP virtual os. I have a neoware thin client.

I would like have hte thin clients connect to the XP virtual OS. How can I accomplish this? I know you can create an rdp connection from the thin client enable rdp inwindows xp. But what I would like to do is this virtual os for multiple thin clients.

How can I accomplish this?

You cannot do this with a single Windows XP virtual machine. For what you want to achieve you would need to have multiple XP os's and each user would RDP into their 'vm'. VMWare have a product call VM View which does most of the hard work of provisioning and maintaining VM's. Check their website out.
