Hello. We have a HP 9100c digital sender that i need to reconfigure the mail server setting on. Problem is, no one knows that password to do so. Is there a way to hard reset the unit to black the admin password? I looked on HP's site and only saw the soft reset command which one needs the admin password for.<br />

HP 9100c digital sender password
