Can you provide the arguments against dotNetNuke?

Can you provide the arguments against  dotNetNuke?
2 Solutions
There really aren't many general arguments against it.  It saves a lot of time compared to coding from scratch. The one psudo argument is that you may be tempted to use all the Silverlight modules.
I think every arguments must be related to the objective you have using a specific platform.
Platform as DNN and Joomla for example reached a great level of stability, code quality, and support, so I think there can't be an absolute opinion about them.
I'm speaking as developer (with 5 years of experience in dnn), if you have to build a simple web site every cms can keep more time to understand it then the time that a static web site could take. But if you need some service as for example user management, or to build a restriced area with user permission, this is the right way to start with a scalable platform.

But now I've to find an argument... it's not easy, I think it could be the strong link with Windows platform, even if recently it has opened to new libraries and technologies as jquery in DNN 5.0 (I can't stop thinking as developer)
